Surface Inspection
Experienced workers check the surface finishing and coating of each tire according to your order needs. Check whether there are obvious appearance defects, whether there are qualified seals for each production process, and whether there are problems such as bumps, bulges, bubbles, etc. In addition, clean the overflow rubber to maintain the appearance quality and beauty of the tire.
Durability Test
By controlling the highest temperature and the lowest temperature in the test environment, we can detect whether our tires are able to work in the extreme driving environment. Temperature changes can be recorded during the test. The non-contact thermometer can measure the temperature of the rotating tire and has a fast response speed that will not miss any small changes. To ensure the safety of the driving range of our tires in different environments and to cope with different extreme conditions.

In addition to our equipment testing, We not only have a cooperative professional performance testing agency, but also a huge fans club players for real driving experience and performance testing.
